At the heart of “A Festival of Flavours” is a vibrant spread of Indian specialities at Latest Recipe, where aromatic spices and time-honoured recipes take centre stage. Guests can indulge in an array of regional favourites, from Biryani Golkonda, a fragrant rice dish layered with bold flavours, and Benne Dosa, a buttery South Indian crepe, to Chingdi Macher, a Bengali-style prawn curry, Keema Kofta, spiced minced meatballs, and the ever-popular Murgh Makhani, a creamy butter chicken dish.
Rounding off the feast are traditional Indian sweet treats, including Carrot Halwa, a warm carrot-based pudding, Rasmalai, soft cheese dumplings soaked in sweetened milk, and Channa Dal Payasam, a sweet lentil pudding, offering a delightful finish to the dining experience.

Beyond the dining table, Deepavali comes alive with playful touches and family-friendly activities throughout the hotel. Young guests can explore their artistic side at the dedicated Kids’ Corner with kolam-inspired colouring activities, while intricate floor decorations add a splash of colour to the surroundings. Guests will also receive ladoo, a traditional Indian sweet, as a special gift to mark the occasion.
Marking the start of the occasion on 30 October 2026, the hotel will host a special Deepavali lighting ceremony, where associates dressed in traditional Indian attire will illuminate diya oil lamps around an elaborate kolam display in the lobby, symbolising the triumph of light over darkness and bringing an important part of Indian heritage into focus.
