Abbott Laboratories (M) has introduced a new range of products including Ensure Gold in RTD format, Ensure Gold in Creamy Coffee flavour and Glucerna in Wheat flavour.

Ensure Gold RTD is designed for consumers from the age of 40 to help them stay active and strong to do everyday activities they they love. Ensure Gold contains HMB and Triple Protein Blend to help regain physical strength – along with 28 vitamins and minerals for complete and balanced nutrition.

Ensure Gold in Creamy Coffee flavour makes it tastier for consumers who prefer the coffee taste. Ensure Gold is also available in vanilla, green tea, chocolate and wheat flavour.

Glucerna in Wheat flavour comes with a unique blend that is scientifically designed to promote the secretion of Insulin through GLP-1 Pathway and has 4X higher Myo-inositol (compared to previous version of Glucerna), which is helps to improve insulin sensitivity for glycemic control.

Thailand’s Three Goats Brewery, the maker of kombucha, has recently announced the availability of kombucha on-tap. This system is described as ideal for your office, fitness centre or shop.

The kobumcha refilling system allows consumers to BYO their bottles to refill and this is also a good approach to reduce packaging wastes.

Three Goats Brewery is looking for partners for its kombucha refilling system. There is no initial and rental fee but is only limited to Bangkok for now.

Drink tom yum shot the cold-pressed HPP way with Beep

Fresher Kitchen Co, the maker of fresh-pressed juice brand Beep, has won the THAIFEXtaste Innovation Show for its innovative Tom Yum Shot.

Meiji Bulgaria Yoghurt partners with Greenday snacks

To provide yogurt eaters with additional topping, Meiji Bulgaria Yoghurt has partnered with Greenday, which is Thailand’s best selling crispy fruit and veggie chips.

The partnership involves giving away free Greenday snacks for every purchase of Meiji Bulgaria Yogurt, while stocks last.

Participating outlets include 7-Eleven, Tesco Lotus Express, Mini Big C, FamilyMart, JET, CP freshmart, Fuji, Max Valu, The Mall and Villa Market.

Such collaboration allows brands can test the market for consumer acceptance of Greenday snacks as a yogurt accompaniment, which could pave the way for more deeper cooperation in the future.

Blue Diamond Philippines, the distributor of Blue Diamond almond milk, has announced the availability of Almond Breeze Barista Blend. The new almond milk is for making creamy milk froth to create a non-dairy latte.

Available now at Goodmart and Shopee. The Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk Barista Blend Unsweetened 946ml is priced at PHP 152 on Goodmart.Ā  As a comparison, the normal variants are priced slightly cheaper at PHP 145.

The launching of Almond Breeze Barista Blend taps into the growing usage of plant-based milk in the foodservice channel with a focus on promoting the usage of almond milk.

Gong Cha collaborates with Skippy for new peanut butter series

Veega plant-based meat is now served at Zark’s Burger

Veega, the San Miguel Foods’ meat-free alternative in the Philippines, is now available at Zark’s Burger starting 19 September 2020. Zark’s Burger is aĀ homegrown fast food restaurant with seven outlets.

The new V Burger features Veega, which is the first locally-made plant-based meat, topped with cheddar cheese, garlic ranch sauce, tomatoes, lettuce and the new brioche buns

Price starts at PHP 139. Double up for only PHP 219 or triple up for only PHP 299!

V Burger is available starting September 19, 2020 in Metro Manila, Laguna and Cavite branches for dine-in, takeaway and delivery via delivery apps.

The collaboration with foodservice is the next step to popularise Veega and the concept of plant-based meat among consumers who are more likely to be willing to experiment with something new or spend more when dining out.
