Heytea has opened its first store in Thailand at centralwOrld, marking the debut of the Heytea Lab in Southeast Asia. The new flagship concept integrates a tea lab, bake lab, and gelato lab in one location, while also introducing the global premiere of teaAir — a cloud‑like topping made from brewed tea, coconut, milk fat, and air, designed to deliver a light, airy texture.
The menu reinterprets familiar Thai flavours with creative twists such as a Thai Milk Tea Croissant Egg Tart and Lime Thai Milk Gelato. According to Cheng Hao, vice‑president of communications and public relations at Heytea, “The Heytea Lab is designed for markets where consumers are not simply following trends but actively shaping them” (Bangkok Post).
Ahead of the Lab’s debut, Heytea strengthened its retail presence by rolling out RTD fruit tea in three variants at local 7‑Eleven stores, underscoring its multi‑channel strategy in Thailand.
