New 7-Eleven x UnMeat plant-based burger steak and burger

7-Eleven Philippines has joined its brethren in Australia, South Korea and Singapore to launch plant-based meal offerings. The convenience store chain, the biggest in the Philippines, has chosen Century Pacific Food Inc’s UnMeat as its plant-based meat partner.

The 7-Eleven x UnMeat Plant-Based Burger Steak is said to be “filled with flavor, topped with classic gravy with mushrooms, all on a bed of white rice. It’s everything you need minus the unhealthy stuff you don’t”. The price is only PHP 99.

Also available is the 7-Eleven x UnMeat Plant-Based Burger priced at PHP 89.

The new 7-Eleven x UnMeat Plant-Based Burger Steak and Burger show brands are exploring convenience store as a route to trial plant-based meat and to make it more accessible to consumers.
