PT. LOTTE Shopping Indonesia has launched Food Innovation Lab, which is located at LOTTE Grosir Pasar Rebo in Jakarta.

According to the press release, the Food Innovation Lab is the research and development as well as the training hub for LOTTE chefs in Indonesia focusing on traditional Indonesian, Japanese and Korean cuisines. LOTTE chefs in Indonesia will receive training at the Food Innovation Lab in South Korea led by Chef Kang Leo. Chef Kang has the vision and mission to develop Korean ready-to-eat food that will be sold in Indonesia through LOTTE Mart and Lotte Grosir.

Consumers can taste the creations at Chef Recipe, a cafe next to the Food Innovation Lab.

BonCabe collaborates with Sandal Swallow to launch limited edition sandals

BonCabe has collaborated with Sandal Swallow Indonesia to launch sandals featuring images of BonCabe level 50 Max End, which is the spiciest in the BonCabe range. The collaboration was launched to celebrate The Youth Pledge (Sumpah Pemuda) day, which was a declaration made on 28 October 1928 by young Indonesian nationalists in the Second Youth Congress to recognize only one Indonesian motherland, one Indonesian people, and one Indonesian language.
